Nelly Countersuing Rape Accuser

Nelly Countersuing Rape Accuser”

Rapper Nelly is fighting back against a lawsuit that alleges he raped a fan on his tour bus after a performance in Seattle past year and sexually assaulted two fans in England. Nelly has a "pattern of conduct" that demonstrates he "preyed upon his selected female fans", the lawsuit argues.

After rubbing her leg and putting his hand up her dress without her consent, the rapper allegedly blocked Jane Doe 1 from leaving the room twice before security finally arrived and she and her friend were able to make their exit.

The rapper Nelly has filed a countersuit against a woman who alleged in a lawsuit that he raped her on his tour bus after a Seattle performance.

A second woman, Jane Doe 2, met Nelly at a nightclub in Essex, England in 2017. Nelly invited her and several friends to come to his dressing room.

The woman says the second time they were secluded, Nelly dropped his trousers and began masturbating, tried to pull off her top without her consent, and tried to kiss her repeatedly.

At the time, Rosenblum said: "It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized". The rapper got angry when she continued to refuse, telling Jane Doe 2 he's "not used to not getting my way". Nelly believed they "were drawn to and could not resist his penis", according to the complaint.

The documents then said Nelly asked if the woman had "a boo" to which she flashed her wedding ring, despite claiming he had already known her marital status.

The other plaintiff, a married mother of two, said Nelly masturbated in front of her in December 2017 after he took her to a room adjacent to his dressing room. Nelly allegedly pulled up his trousers, walked towards her, and again dropped his trousers and started masturbating. Accusations that Nelly's current wifey pushed back against this past Thursday (Jan. 25).

Nelly previously said he intends to sue Greene, who accused him of rape, but has not commented on the new allegations against him.

Nelly (born Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr.) is countersuing a woman who is suing him over a rape that allegedly took place on his tour bus in Washington back in October.

This amended civil suit states that Greene declined to cooperate with prosecutors because "she felt she could not stand up against a celebrity and that the criminal system would fail her". "However, this type of reckless false allegation can not be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault".
