Michael Douglas Accuser Details 'Very Uncomfortable' Sexual Harassment”

Braudy maintains that his indiscretions started with uncomfortable sexual discussions he'd have: talking about an affair with co-star Kathleen Turner, commenting on Braudy's sex life and her body.

'He thought he was the king of the world and that he could humiliate me without any repercussions, ' she said.

Braudy said she never reported the incident to the police because she didn't know that his harassment could be considered criminal.

But the worst incident happened in 1989, when she went to his New York City apartment to have a one-on-one meeting. Braudy says she kept notes and files from her time working with Douglas, and alleges not only that Douglas used profane language, but that he also masturbated in front of her during a script meeting in his apartment.

"And then, Four, she claims that I masturbated in front of her..."

Braudy said she told numerous people about the harassment she claimed to have suffered at Douglas' hands, including journalist and "Fire and Fury" author Michael Wolff and author Lynn Povich, who confirmed her allegations.

The woman accusing Michael Douglas of masturbating in front of her almost three decades ago says she and her friends feared what would happen if she ever spoke out against the actor. People were frightened for me, ' she said.

A rep for Douglas did not immediately respond to a request for further comment. "My mother was an actress, and I myself married to an actress and have been supportive of this movement wholeheartedly, through all my years".

It's been over 30 years since Susan Braudy worked for Michael Douglas.

Douglas has already denied the allegations, issuing a preemptive statement in which he described the story as "an unfortunate and complete fabrication". During her time there, Douglas was one of the biggest movie stars in the world, an Oscar victor for his performance in Wall Street. She claims Douglas masturbated in front of her and engaged in other forms of sexual harassment when she worked for him in the late 1980s.

'That rung is something I've only heard about the past year. She never signed the agreement. Braudy recalls thinking that Douglas "thought he could do anything he wanted because he was so much more powerful than I was".

"Michael ran barefoot after me to the elevator, zipping his fly and buckling his belt". "I think it's very clear the way that he stands". 'Hey, thank you, you're good. Two, she claims that in conversations I had in front of her, on the phone, that I spoke raunchily, or dirtily with friends of mine, in private conversations.

While the movements have gained widespread support throughout Hollywood and media, there are concerns the calls for social change could lead to a witch hunt against men. As to colorful language, she may have overheard private conversations, and if she was offended, she could have excused herself.

"I can't believe that someone would cause someone else pain like this".

During Douglas' interview, he suggested that Braudy had held a grudge against him and may have been "disgruntled" over her career.
